Reflection on how humans used to live life
When humans first began their journey on Earth, life was raw
and direct. Every day was tied to survival — hunting for food, gathering
resources, staying safe from the elements. Our ancestors didn’t need to
“practice” being present, because reality demanded it. If you weren’t focused
while tracking an animal or noticing the subtle sound of a predator, you might
not live to see tomorrow.
Sometimes I want to go back, I know that it must have been very hard in the
beginning. However, even though in today’s world we can make a bigger impact
globally, it feels sometimes that we have more free time. Apart from that the
work we do today does not keep you as much as in the present moment as we once
were.
Try to find good habits that are creative (because we are meant
to create rather than consume all the time), take you to the dimension of the
present moment, and has or already does have the potential of making you money.
