The negativity
I find thoughts interesting. Or like how the mind works, or like if our mind’s
main function is to keep us alive, in a way it cares about us right? However,
why is it so harsh to us, or why does sometimes it stresses you, you are right
now in your room, and then you are thinking about how you don’t like yourself,
who is you and who is yourself?
who does not like who? By just asking this, the space spawns, between the real
you and the thinker, mind, the person who you think you are, the person who is
sometimes more negative then positive. But why is it negative? First of all its
because you label the thought as ‘bad’ and because you have given more energy
to some kind of thoughts, that there has been a stronger link created, so it
builds up a pattern. If you observe your thoughts you can notice some thoughts
repeat, when you catch them, don’t judge them don’t resist them just watch them
as waves going by.
