2 pillars for a better current moment

When I'm writing these, hope that I am talking to your soul, past whateve thought you have while reading this. There are two really helpful, strong ways to help you make the current moment more bearable, enjoyable, more present. Acceptance is first, whatever situation accept it, if it already is accept it (if you cannot control). The secpnd seconnd one is gratitude, saying thank you for the good and bad, misuderstand will take you to the present, the power, God.
